By accessing or using GroupMateAI, a service operated by DATAMESH DM CLOUDTECH LLP ("Service", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
GroupMateAI provides AI-powered community moderation that monitors messages, applies customizable rules through AI personas, automates moderation actions, and provides analytics — operating continuously to maintain your community standards.
You must be at least 18 years old, have authority to moderate the communities you connect, and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.
GroupMateAI offers multiple subscription plans. Current pricing is available on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice.
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. See our Refund Policy for full details.
You may use GroupMateAI to moderate communities you own or are authorized to manage. You may not:
You are solely responsible for the moderation rules you configure and must comply with all applicable laws.
GroupMateAI integrates with third-party messaging platforms using methods that may not be officially endorsed by those providers. By using our Service, you accept the risk of potential account restrictions by platform providers and agree we are not liable for actions taken by third-party platforms or service disruptions caused by platform changes.
We recommend using dedicated accounts rather than personal accounts and monitoring for any warnings from platform providers.
AI moderation is not perfect — automated decisions may produce false positives or miss violations. You control the rules and must provide human oversight: regularly review moderation logs, adjust settings when needed, and take responsibility for all automated actions.
We are not liable for incorrect moderation decisions, undetected violations, wrongful actions against community members, or AI behavior that doesn't match your expectations.
Message content is analyzed in real-time but not permanently stored. Data retention varies by plan. We comply with GDPR and CCPA. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
We work to maintain reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, third-party outages, or events beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
GroupMateAI owns all rights to the Service, including software, design, and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service. You retain ownership of your moderation configurations and data, and may export it at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in fraudulent or abusive activity. We will provide notice when possible. Upon termination, your access is revoked and data deleted per our retention policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GROUPMATEAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms periodically. For material changes, we'll notify you by email and post a notice in your dashboard at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
