• Payment information (processed by Paddle — we don't store card details)

Community and Message Data

• Group metadata: Group name, ID, member count
• Message metadata: Timestamp, message length, media type, sender identifier
• Message content: Analyzed in real-time by AI — not permanently stored
• Brief excerpts: Up to 100 characters retained temporarily for conversation context

Usage Information

• Features accessed and settings configured
• AI processing usage (for billing)
• Device, browser, IP address, and access logs
• Cookies for authentication and analytics

How We Use Your Information

• Provide moderation services — analyze messages, execute actions, generate reports
• Manage your account, process payments, and send notifications
• Improve the platform and fix bugs
• Detect fraud, prevent abuse, and protect our systems
• Comply with legal obligations

Data Retention

• Message content: Not stored (real-time only)
• Message excerpts: 24 hours to 90 days (depending on plan)
• Account information: Until you delete your account
• Billing records: Up to 7 years (tax compliance)

When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days except where legally required to retain it.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and regular security monitoring. No system is completely secure — you are responsible for protecting your account credentials.

Sharing Your Information

We share data only with trusted providers needed to deliver our service:

• AI providers (OpenRouter, OpenAI, Anthropic) — for message moderation analysis
• Paddle — payment processing
• Cloud infrastructure — hosting and database
• Analytics — anonymized usage data only

We never sell your personal information. AI providers receive message content for moderation analysis; we configure their APIs to prevent use of your data for AI training where possible.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data at any time. EU/EEA users have additional rights under GDPR (including data portability and the right to object). California users have rights under CCPA including the right to opt out of data sales (we don't sell data).
