You may cancel your GroupMateAI subscription at any time from your account settings. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.

Refund Policy
No Partial Refunds
We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. When you cancel, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle, but no refund is issued for the current period already paid.
Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Significant service outages that prevented you from using the platform for an extended period
- Accidental duplicate charges or billing errors on our part
- Charges after a confirmed cancellation request

Free Trial
New users may access a free trial period with no credit card required. You will never be charged automatically at the end of a free trial — you must actively choose a paid plan to continue.
Plan Changes

- Downgrades: Take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refund is issued for the current period.

All payments are processed securely by Paddle. Billing inquiries, receipts, and payment method management are available through your account settings or by contacting Paddle support directly.
